By purchasing, downloading, or using a beat from EJHUMBLEDIDTHIS.COM, you agree to the following terms:

Exclusive license only: once purchased, the beat is removed from future sale or licensing.

You may commercially release, stream, perform, distribute, and monetize songs created with the beat.  IAMU INC LLC / EJ HUMBLE retains 25% writer and publishing interest. Artist retains 75%.

An audible artist tag “EJ HUMBLE DID THIS” must remain in the song unless a one-time $500 tag-removal fee is paid.  Written producer credit is always required where practical (streaming metadata, YouTube descriptions, uploads, social posts, liner notes, and promotional materials), e.g., “Produced by EJ HUMBLE.”

Synchronization rights (film, television, ads, games, and audiovisual uses) are reserved and require separate written approval.

No resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or false ownership claims are allowed.  All sales are final. No refunds for digital products.  Purchase or use of the beat means you agree to the Full Exclusive Beat License Agreement.
